The Great Hall at Eburacum is set in the Keep. This is where lord Tilonas Panel rules from. The hall is very large, with a hight roof and long interior. A pair of great doors open up to the inside, which though wide side to side, is very long. The walls and spots of the floor are adorned with many different tropies; Weapons, animal skins, paintings, mosaic carpets, etc. Tilonas Panel sits on a raised throne at the far end of the room. Many guards stand through the room and civilians mill about inside discussing matters with officials and the occasional one bringing problems to lord Panel himself.
Come here if you wish an audiece with the lord of Britannia, Tilonas Panel.

Do you accept. "*Lord Tilonas looked down from his seat and listened closely to the man who came to speak with him.* "I am always partial to accepting an alliance, but first I would like to know...Who is your lord and brother who seeks an alliance with the Britons?"

*Tilonas sat forward in his seat as he heard mention of Roma. After Julius was finished speaking, Tilonas leaned back in his high throne in thought. Looking down upon Julius, lord Tilonas spoke.*
"I have heard tales of the unbreakable lines of the Romans. That their organized combat and tactics are unmatched in all the lands...But there are Greeks who would wish to claim that title as well, I hear...But I have also heard that the Romans have been making pushes north of late, into the Gallic lands...I do not know how I am to trust the Romans, who seem to have their eyes set on our, "barbarian" lands, as you so like to call us...Barbarians, hah! Romans have always been men of lies, who in the end, think only for the expansion of their own lands!...If you promise to stick to the promise of ending the chaos, I can accept your proposal...And keep in mind, the lands of the Britons, are not in chaos. Keep to your word, and I can call you ally."

* Antonio knew that Tilonas wasn't being cruel. he was dooing what he had to do to protect his country. *
" I know you probabaly think we call you barbarians. To be honest some people in our places do but all men are equal in roma. Thief, bandit, liutenant or general. All men are given a chance to make themselves what they want to be. So Yes I would not attack your lands unless you attacked ours. So we can be allies then.....for now. You never know what card fate will play. Also you can expect em to help you if you ever need some extra troops in an attack or defence of another country. Now I must take my leave and return to my brother. I bid you farewell Lord Tilonas "
* With that Antonio left the Great hall and boarded his ship back to Roma *

*Tilonas nodded his head.*
"Very well, an alliance we can have. And the cards of fate are quite twisted in their intentions, so no guess on future times can be told...Go with the protectionof your gods and mine."
